Monitoring & Rebooting
Server monitoring is a major duty for new VPS owners – you have to keep an eye on how your virtual server is doing, to determine if it is overloading, to check if all the services are running just fine. It’s a procedure that requires constant attention, and you most likely don’t have the time to take care of this. For this reason, we offer that we handle the task instead of you. If you make use of our Administration Services package, we will be keeping constant track of your virtual server and all the services running on it. This way you’ll have more time for your sites or web applications.
Making a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest assignment on earth. You will either have to use another server or your computer, or, alternatively rely on some 3rd–party tool. We offer a far easier alternative with our Administration Services package. We’ll make a complete backup of your VPS server every week, so you never need to be afraid of permanently losing any critical info. And we can always retrieve a backup very fast. All our backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.
Installation & Troubleshooting
Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Administration Services package will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you’ll be able to basically employ one of our trained server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any application that you desire. And/or have him rectify a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
The Administration Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
